The man who answered the phone just answered "Hello" I asked if this was Century Limousine and He said yes he was very rude and short then I proceded to ask if he ran in my area he continued to say "Oh my god the ad says san francisco" And then he hung up on me. He was very unprofessional and rude.

I called to get the Rate for an Airport Tranfer. First off the guy answered . "HELLO!." He didn't give the company name, or even his name. I caught me off gaurd, I said Ahhh... hi, can I get the rates for an Airport transfer, he went right into short questions, like City?, Airport? and day? he didnt even say them in complete sentences. He talked really fast, like he didnt want to be on the phone, When He asked what day I said December 30th, he said they "were all booked that day, BYE!" and hung up, didnt wait for me to say anything. Very Rude. I would never call these guys for any service.
