Shamrock Moving and Storage was founded in 1975 by Bob Fallon in San Francisco, CA. After learning his trade at another local mover, Bob started Shamrock with one truck and a mission: “Take care of the customer and the customer will take care of you” He and his family have followed this creed since the company’s inception to great success. Bob & Barbara Fallon Bob & Barbara Fallon. Late 1970’s We started with one employee, Bob himself and one truck and now operate almost 30 vehicles with about 45 employees across 3 locations. We now move over 3,000 people a year. There are no aspects of the business that the Fallon family are not involved in, whether it’s our household and commercial moving operations, our vaulted storage which now has over 1600 vaults or our burgeoning receiving and delivery service we provide to a growing number of top designers and our new self-storage services which will complement our full service vaulted storage.
