This is the finest place in the city. I mean it and I am not lying, everything that I need is in here and they have the cheapest prices out there.

What a good place to start the day. They have a good place in here. The fresh fruit section is always a plus and how they make the vegetable crisp is a mystery to me.

This is my favorite store in San Francisco! Amazing selection, great quality and good prices.

extraordinary place to get everything that you need and desire. This is just amazing because there are lots of things to choose from, I’ll willingly go back here.

In actuality a great place to go to. I love that there are a lot of items in here on sale every time I go here and the whole thing looks so wonderful.

I have been always a fan of this place, they have well stacked shelves and the people that work in here are so polite, they are truly one of a kind in my book.

Being a foodie, spices are a big part of my life. I enjoy making recipes from scratch and inviting friends to taste when the dish is perfected. I only select the very best and organic. My SF friends told me about Spice Ace and I figured I would check out the store while visiting some friends in SF.



Where to start. Salts, Spices, Chilies, Fruit Powders, herbs. I purchased them all. I started with looking for the new things.. things to try, and then moved on to the spices that have a regular place in my kitchen.



I purchased organic fruit powders, salts, normal kitchen seasonings. Yea, I'm a salt guy, read the book Salted, and learned what salt is about, using less in the dish, but more flavor on the final dish. Spice Ace has a wonderful selection of salts, and the owners listen to your needs, and look for new products if you make a request. Its all about service.



What can I say. This place rocks! and the spices worked great in my dishes. Prices are great, organic .. and the owners are foodies, so they know their spices. I purchased the Chiltepin Chile because I wanted to try something new... not found normally.

What would you do with Chardonnay Oak Smoked Fleur du Sel? How about pure blackberry powder? Three kinds of genuine vanilla bean?

I'm an avid cook and every time I go into this beautiful shop a few steps off the Fillmore's lively main drag, I'm blown away by the variety, freshness, and awesome price of the products here. They have well over 200 spices, herbs, seasonings, salts, sugars, and chilis from around the world.



The owners, Ben and Olivia, package everything fresh onsite in beautiful and handy glass jars. Most items come in several sizes, and with things like salts, you may find several different grades of coarseness, for example. Every week I hear of something new they've gotten in.



I found the prices actually cheaper than the stale stuff on my supermarket shelves.



I've already had great success with their Paella seasoning and used some curry sea salt on curried deviled eggs.



I cannot wait to put the pure blackberry powder into pancake mix and some iced black tea!

This shop has an amazing selection of herbs , salts , chiles and sugars which made my gift giving so much easier . I found something for everyone on my list , plus treated myself to some Italian truffle salts and infused sugars .I was delighted to find the prices were very reasonable.

It is a great shop for wedding gifts , party favors , hostess gifts , thank you gifts and more . I no longer have to worry about what to give my friends and relatives for any occasion.

My children even enjoy shopping here . They sampled pure raspberry powder and several sugars . It was a real treat !

One New Year's resolution will be to stock up on their spices for myself .

Well I usally dont leave reviews but as I love to cook , I was amazed by the size and amount of spices they had for one, but my main reason for the review was the customer service. The staff is polite and very professional, they even created gift packages to my custom Ideas, awesome!
