I hate to rate this so low, but to me the food was simply not good. I had the fish tacos and special fries. While the fries were okay, the special sauce was not... and there was a LOT of it on the fries. It was the same sauce that was on the fish tacos, and I didn't like it there either. I ate about half of one taco and picked around the sauce to eat some fries, but I left unsatisfied and hungry. I wish I would have gotten the fish & chips instead. A guy waited on me and, while he was friendly, he didn't tell me my ticket number and I couldn't read his writing. While I was waiting for my food, a woman (presumably the owner?) started working the window and she definitely kicked it up a notch. She was engaging with every single customer that came up to the window; really great customer service! On the bright side, this is a tremendous value, especially for the area. I think my meal was under $8, which is tough to beat anywhere in the Bay area.

This is a cute little hole in the wall right by Fisherman's Wharf. All outdoor seating so dress warm on cooler days. We ordered the fish and chips and fried Oreos based off of other reviews. The fish was very good, though the batter was a bit salty and I prefer mine with lemon wedges. The fries were only warmish and I would skip those next time. Not the best I've had, but exceeded my expectations for such a touristy area. Now definitely don't miss the deep fried Oreos for dessert. They even make them after you get your food so they're hot and fresh.
