Provided by YP.comJust had lunch for two at Tian Sing Chinese Restaurant. We tried the chilli peppers (capsicums) with black bean & chilli oil, stir fried brisket with baby eggplant and chilli, and Hunan style crisp belly pork with chillies. We ate all the dishes with rice, Chinese style. The first dish, with its wok-blistered yellow and red chilli peppers and fried green chiilies, had a delicious flamboyance that was tempered by the smoky salty black beans and chilli oil. The brisket was tender and tasty, though a tad dry. The third dish consisted of melt-in-your-mouth belly pork morsels with chillies on a bed of diced snake beans. The fire of a hot wok was evident in the pork. The service was efficient and friendly. Tian Sing Chinese Restaurant is definitely worth a pilgrimage if you're a red hot chilli lover.
