Provided by YP.comI've been going to Virgil for the BEST shampoo/style cut (with a LOW price) since 1974! My friend & I, who used to work at the Fed. Bldg. (around the corner) still drive in from Marin for our Virgil hair cuts. Virgil (& Tammy) are the best!
