this "syedzafar" person is either an idiot or just plain stupid. Interstate is a battery store, not a mechanic shop...in terms, he is complaining that burger king don't serve big mac!

If you already know it's only the battery then you can go there for the replacement coz they only know how to open bolts. Other than that they are highly unprofessional and unskilled in troubleshooting. Infact they know nothing!!!



I had a starter problem and they replaced my fully functional battery and sold their used one to me. Next day they did the same thing and replaced the battery. They don't even trust their own batteries lol. I had to go to an auto shop to fix the starter instead of wasting my money and time with them.
