RUN THE OTHER WAY! This place was "highly recommended" by my insurance adjustor which I'm now finding very dubious ... What was supposed to take 3 days has taken almost 2 weeks and no one ever gave me a courtesy call to let me know. I found out that while my car sat at their shop for 4 days untouched, I was stuck taking the bus, borrowing a friend's car and paying for a rental. To top it off, I went to pick it up today and because my car is not functioning well I was told will take probably another week but they don't know. Their customer service is not only non-existent but the worst I've encountered. My car is tied up and unfortunately at this point it would probably be worst if I pulled it out of their shop and take it somewhere else because mt insurance has already issued partial payment. TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE!
