To Anyone Interested in Replacing Their TV Base/Stand:

Do not use ReplaceYourBase.net! I had a very bad experience with them. First of all, they sent me incorrect parts. It took over a month, with lots of emails back and forth, before they agreed they had shipped the wrong parts. I called and spoke with Jeremy, the owner, who said they would re-enter my order in the system, but they never actually processed the order. So, another couple of weeks go by and still no correct parts. I called the owner on the phone again and was informed that they did not have the parts available in stock. I was able to locate the parts with another vendor and purchased from them, instead. I requested an RMA number so I could return the incorrect parts and get a refund. I also asked for shipper ID information, which was never provided, so I shipped the parts back on my own dime. I did send another request asking that I be refunded for both the incorrect parts and the return shipping, as I don't think it's fair that I should have to pay for something that was not my mistake. Unfortunately, only the price paid for the parts was refunded. Again, the entire process took almost two months to resolve. Very poor service! Stay away!
