This is a highly unethical company. I had counter tops installed by All Pro through Home Depot. They charged us additional money above and beyond our original quote for materials. The day of the install they didn't bring enough material and instead of going and purchasing more they used some wood I had at my house that had been previously purchased for another purpose. They not only used what they needed but took the entire piece with them. When I called the company and asked for reimbursement the girl said she would talk to her installers and call me back. She never called and there has been no

All Pro Countertops said they would finish in 1 day and they weren't. The granite we picked was great but their work was very shoddy and we can't get them to come back and fix it.

They came out on March 26 to do an estimate of the job and to take measurements. They promised that they will be done within one day.

They were scheduled to replace the white tiles in our kitchen and fireplace on April 3 and we were told to expect them to arrive between 10 am and 12 noon. They arrived at 11:45 am and stopped work before 6 pm without finishing as promised. The back splash behind mini-oven to the left of the sink was incomplete as they ran out of materials. Their plumber came at 6:10 to reconnect our kitchen water services. They were supposed to come back on April 5 (Saturday) between 10 and 12 noon to finish installing the incomplete back splash but they didn't show up or call. We called their office but nobody answered. We finally got a hold of somebody on April 8 and they scheduled the crew to come back between 1 and 1:30 pm to finish the job. They came at noon and were out of there by 12:20 pm. Not satisfied with the job, we kept calling them for the next two weeks. Employee Ryan came out to inspect on April 18 and said he would let management know. We haven't heard from them since.

So here's the beef:

The fireplace hearth is not big enough to cover the grout of original white tile hearth it was replacing. Gap between wall and counter top is greater than 0.25 inch. Joined seams are very noticeable and not smooth. Back splash behind stove is not centered, not level, and one could see that the damage done while removing the old tiles wasn't fixed. Also, there's a wood support that is clearly visible, which they wouldn't have needed had they done the job right. The back splash by the window wasn't completed and the repair work done on that section of removed tiles is ugly.

So really, don't bother using them. Warn your friends and neighbors!! I have.

This company tackled a job others feared. Our home remodel contractor would not touch it! We got outrageous bids from others who didn't look comfortable with the job, but Mike gave us a reasonable estimate, and the project turned out fabulously! The compliments from friends and neighbors are all positive.

What was the job? A curved granite bar top bordering a home pub, with two load bearing posts that could not be removed, mounted on a pony wall. The posts made the job difficult, and the bar top had to be flat on the inside curve due to space in the pub.

Mike hired a woodworker who bent an oak border to hide the back side of the plywood and granite with matching half-round molding against each post. The crews worked long and hard and even came out the morning of July 4th to finish!

Highly recommend!
