I just finished having the interior and exterior of my house painted by Butterfield & Son's Services. I am very happy with the finished project! They were neat, clean and very patient. In one of the rooms I was not happy with the color I originally selected and they repainted it for me. Of course not for free but a good deal. They also did a bit of renovations such as installing a new pedestal sink and medicine cabinet which was nice because I didn't need to hire another contractor to do this. My house is old (with plaster walls) and some of the rooms needed days of skim coating to prep them. They look beautiful now. I will definitely use Butterfield & Son's Services for any future projects. Excellent job!

Nicholas and his crew are just great! We recently had our decks restained this past month. I would highly recommend them. He beat the competition's prices by a long shot......and actually did a fantastic job! Sometimes you get what you pay for, but here, Butterfield & Son's Services did the job for the best price and the work was top notch. There were a few minor...and I mean minor blemishes. When Nicholas inspected the work at the end of the day, he wasn't satisfied and made sure to come back to make the finished product 110% perfect. That was very admirable. I imagine most folks would just be happy enough with 99%. You will not regret using him and his team!

I had the inside of one of my properties painted by Butterfield & Son's Services earlier this year. I had three other quotes, since it was a larger project, and theirs was the best price. Not just the best, but a third of the price of the highest bidder.

Sometimes cheapest isn't always best, but Nicholas and Carl did an amazing job! The interior painting project required extensive sanding and priming, which they performed better than I could have expected!

They will be my first choice as painters from here on out.

We had our guest bathroom remodeled and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Nicholas and Carl were very professional and patient with me since it’s hard for me to make a final decision. Nicholas offered several ideas and made the whole process very pleasant.  We can’t wait to remodel our master bathroom.

I live right outside of palm springs, and my mother recently moved here to live with us from San Diego. Since she's disabled, there were a few things we needed to do in the house to make it more accessible for her. We decided to turn my downstairs office into a bedroom to better accommodate her.
Butterfield & Son's Services did an amazing job walling in the large doorway, seamlessly fitting it into my home's natural aesthetic. These guys did a beautiful job with the floating wood floor we chose. They were precise, timely, and professional in every way. I highly recommend them!

Nicholas and his team painted our home a few months ago. A terrific value for the high quality and professionalism they exuded. The basics are all done to perfection by true craftsmen, and the special paints and accent walls/ceilings are art. To top it all off, the passion for paint and colors that they bring to the table is infectious. We enjoyed the process so much more because of it. They helped us all raise our game. When we needed advice, which was often, he offered candid, high value input and recommendations which we trusted implicitly. And the reward for that trust is a finished product we will be proud of for years.

I recently moved into a new house in Temecula. It was a fixer upper and had a lot of problems, but I got a good deal, so I was happy to hire someone to fix it. A friend recommended Butterfield & Son's Services to me, and when I called them they answered right away. Nicholas was friendly, knowledgeable, and said his crew could accommodate all my needs.

I was impressed that this company could do so many different repairs. I needed a handyman to deal with some electrical issues, but I also needed someone who could repair some cracks in the walls and deal with plumbing—this company was able to do it all!

They were able to schedule me very quickly and the handymen arrived right on time and got to work. They seemed to know exactly what to do and were finished sooner than I expected. By the time I got back from Norther California the house looked brand new! I would definitely recommend this company to others. They are honest, affordable, and most importantly, do a great job!

Nicholas and his crew are total pros! They kept in constant contact with me from the time we first spoke on the phone to the onsight quote and when the work was performed. They even gave me enough notice when he had to postpone by a day due to inclement weather. There was absolutely no guessing on our part. We knew exactly what was going to happen the whole time.

Their quote was fair and honest and even went down when we made some last minute changes to the design of the fence. The custom short fence was exactly what we wanted.
His workers were very friendly and fast. The fence was up very quickly and it looks outstanding.
Also, not only was he early for the onsight quote, his crew and himself showed up early as well. However, they were respectful to wait until the agreed start time to come to the door.

If you want a beautiful fence done by professionals, this is the place to go to. Thanks Nicholas for a great job. We will be contacting them for our back yard fence. Butterfield & Son's Services are awesome and we highly reccomend them. They also installed insulation and drywall in our entire garage. The thing I like about Nicholas is even though he is the owner he works right along with his crew

This company is awesome! They are very reasonably priced, showed up at the appointed time, finished the job in the estimated time, and cleaned up after themselves. After a remodel two years ago with the worst drywall crew in Hemet, the ceiling joints started to crack open. Butterfield & Son's Services repaired the joints, retextured and painted the ceiling and they did an amazing job. I would recommend them without any doubt.

09/19/2018 This is the second time that I used this company and the results were spot on perfect. Nicholas and Carl were punctual, courteous, and finished the job in a timely manner. After they finished, they cleaned and left everything in good order. Based on two experiences with this company, I highly recommend them.

I called Butterfield & Son's Services among others.
They showed up to give me an estimate when they said they would be there, which is more than I could say about some of the other companies I called asking for an estimate (some even stood me up without calling to notify me). I had them price both a wooden fence and a vinyl fence. Their pricing was competitive and Nicholas was very friendly, informative, and helpful. In the end I decided to go with the vinyl fence because it would last at least twice as long as a wood fence but the price was not much more than wood. At that time, the owner (Nicholas) of Butterfield & Son's Services contacted me and put me on the schedule. They were very busy, so it would be about 4 days, which is understandable. However, they actually were able to come install the fence about 2 days earlier than expected. The guys that came to my house to remove/replace the fence were great! They were very nice, friendly, professional, answered all my questions, and were kind to my neighbors as well. They did a great job and I love the new vinyl fence! I would definitely recommend Butterfield & Son's Services to anyone looking for competitive pricing, a friendly experience, and a quality job.
