When a known druggie has an appointment with his probation department, do they routinely test him for drugs. I don't see this happening/

So I had a horrible situation with my Juvenal who is on formal probation and has ward-ship and nothing was done.All the info was given to his p.o. ball in his court now and no disciplinary action were given ..another youth running a muck so much for our system not pleased whatsoever.
