Sent an order to be processed on Halloween. Product was completed on November 2nd and sat on their shelves for 17 DAYS before they shipped it out. When I placed the order, they informed me they would ship it out immediately as it was an order for TYB. Nope... fast forward to the 11th of November... I call in and the order is Still on their shelf in the back. They say it will be shipped out the following Tuesday (November 15th). Fast forward to today (November 22nd), I JUST received the package that had to go a whopping 25 miles. The postage date... Saturday, November 19th.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I strongly hope TYB uses a different provider next season as this company takes forever to get the orders processed from the beginning of the season. What's the point of player pins for the parents to wear at the games if the season is nearly over before you get them!!!

Disappointed in my daughters graduation photo. It would have been great except the the photographer did not straighten out her cords. I thought that would be the first thing they would do. Sit them down, straighten tassels and cords ect. Poor job for a "professional".
