We LOVE this company! They always offer the best selection of jumpy's to choose from. They are always on time and bring exactly what you order. The girls in the office are very professional and tell you everything you need to know, I have always been told about the CXL fee . We actually had to cancel one time and they gave us a credit to use within 30 days that worked out great because our daughter was sick on our original party date. As far as Ashley B's Review I don't understand how she gave a 1 star rating because the business charged her a downgrade fee?? They have to make sure that customers don't hold there items and cancel later. That has been explained to me every time we make a reservation. Oh well... I would definitely recommend giving them a chance and I can assure you will be glad you did. DEFIANTLY the best in the Inland Empire!

Extremely disappointed! As a small business owner myself from the area, I cannot believe that because I changed my order I was subject to a cancellation fee. I was still purchasing from this company and still kept the same date and time. Because of this I will be informing all of my family l, friends, colleagues, and other local businesses in the area not to purchase from this company!
