If you are a start up company with an empty building, we can design the interior of your office, tenant improvements, electrical and I.T. Services. We will also give you a quote on the cost to maintain your workspace with cleaning services and refurbishing of existing furniture,
equipment and workstations instead of wasting time, material and money on new equipment. We do this with a that every piece of material will be recycled when possible. We offer new and used furnishings to find what works best for you and your budget. You save money by buying high-end recycled materials and continue saving money by maintaining and customizing your assets.
Existing Business
If you are an existing business we can provide you with a cleaning & recycling service which will only use environmentally friendly products. When it comes time to reorganize or move your workspace, we can install, reconfigure, store or recycle the assets you currently own. We upgrade your appearance with quality used and new furniture. We can maintain and improve your building with our Construction & Engineering Division.
Consolidating a Business
If your business is consolidating, we will take care of all your needs. We liquidate the assets you choose by selling them to our extensive list of current customers, dealers and government entities. The remainder of your assets will be stored, recycled or relocated and installed. When the building is empty we will clean, paint, repair and restore the building as needed to meet your lease requirements
