Sent in over 100 iPads for some fixing up and some to be exchanged for cash. Have not received any compensation or any of my product back. Have called every single day for more than a week and have not had any contact. Currently talking to the BBB about their business practices.

The company is ran by 2 guys, ( cool guys ) but the mom is the manager. They all used to work together previously so they are familiar with each other and have their own little group. When they do something wrong they will pin it on the new people. Toxic work place and no one can own up to their mistakes. They also try to move you up on the ladder but they keep your pay rate low, low income sweat shop.

After a tough time waiting months and even getting hung up on my ipods that were defective got replaced

Sent in 6 iPods for replacement. They authorized RMA and never emailed or called. When I called them they hung up. I spent 15000 with them. Never again.
