Provided by YP.comUnbelievable. This has to be the most unprofessional group of Realtors. I made an appointment with Frank to view a listing in San Jose and he ended up going to the wrong address. So he says... This would be have been ok except I was driving down from the San Francisco. My wife took time from work to view the listing as well. I called him and he said he was going to call right back. He never called back. He basically demonstrated the character of this outfit. If you do business with them this is what you can expect. I would seek more professional Realtors to deal with. This is a 1 star due to no 0 star option.
This customer who wrote a negative review about me and my agency should have a real back-bone and speak the truth and understand realtors cannot pause their world over a caller. A real buyer will provide proof of loan approval before an appointment can be confirmed. this means that if you are a buyers don;t expect a red-carpet treatment if you call any klisting agent over previewing their listings since you and him have no commitment nor any agreement or any obligations of any sort. If you want to obligate the agent you need to sign an agreement with him . PERIOD!!! looking at any property. Strangers are not taken to seriously specially if you can't prove you qualify for a loan. We agents receive 5-30 phone calls per day and of course we often get low qualify calls where we understand that some of these callers may have the nerve to give me a negative rating it is part of doing business.
