Very clean, nice beds, EXCELLENT staff; however, getting in touch with a live person over the phone for questions, complaints or advice is near to impossible. Very weak management which caused the (3) star rating. Management has an issue getting back to their customers. I'm almost at a point of canceling my daughter's & my memberships. Customer service should be TOP priority and it clearly is not with this Salon. Good way to lose business!!!

Number and selection of beds are adequate...although I have been in beds on a few occasions with a couple of burnt bulbs. Employees are friendly. However, poor customer service on the owner/manager's end. Do NOT get involved in a contract with these people, they will extend without telling you.

Beds are good beds.Workers have no common sense. DO NOT GO HERE. Workers assume you know everything about tanning.
