Cesar is a horrible person. He stole my mothers wedding rings, my father's wedding ring, his Santa Clara ring, her mother's wedding rings and all remaining jewelry.
He then came back and asked for a couple hundred dollars cash because he was down and out.
When she told him no he begged her for gas money.
It's too bad I missed him by 10 minutes, by the time I got there I only found the half drinking beer bottle in the gutter. Hopefully next time when he returns one of my four brothers or Special forces husband will teach him a lesson.
After he learned that my mother called the police and I also filed a separate report his phone number is now disconnected.
