I had a great experience with Bay Runner Towing, as great as you can have when you need to call a tow truck. They showed up much faster then what they estimated on the phone in a flatbed tow truck!

BMW emergency roadside assistance called them in order to assist me. I didn't know if my battery was dead and I needed a jump or a tow. I wanted to cover all over, so Bay Runner Towing can do both. It took them about 35 minutes to get to where I was. I called the dispatch office after waiting 10 minutes, and they let me know exactly how much longer I need to wait, and even provided me with the exact location of the driver. The girl on the phone and the tow truck operator were very friendly and professional. I didn't get any creepy, and offensive vibes from them and I'm usually sensitive to skew people. I have to be thankful to BMW for contracting with an honest roadside assistance service and of course Bay Runner Towing, you are great.

This is a great towing service in San Jose. It took them about 15-20 min to get to my location. The price was reasonable for a trip from San Jose to Redwood City. The owner was really nice as well. Will use Bay Runner Towing again!

I was stuck right before the San Jose Bridge on the shoulder with a truck that would not start. The driver was to me in less than 30 minutes. He towed my truck with his flatbed tow truck all the way to Modesto. The dealership that we were supposed to go to was closed and did not have a night drop. So at no additional charge he drove me to two other dealers until we finally found one that had a night drop. This was about 11:30 pm. Just wanted to say he was very professional and reasonable and on time and would HIGHLY recommend Bay Runner Towing to anyone needing good, honest service.

I could not be happier with the service I got from these car towing service professionals. All I had to do was make an appointment a few hours in advance, and they came over right on the dot to help me with my car. They were completely prepared to work on the task I set for Bay Runner Towing. Not only that, but the final results were really A+ and I am still enjoying their service to this day.

I can trust Bay Runner Towing at any time of day to help me with my vehicle emergencies. When I need help with a car lock out, they're there. When I need my car towed long distances, they're there. When I need help getting something out from my car's lock, they're there. And I just know this tow truck company will be there for me in the future.

As always, our car broke down in the middle of nowhere and in the middle of a big and growing worse rain storm. I found Bay Runner Towing online, called them, and within an hour we were out of the rain with our car towed to our own mechanic. I can't say enough about how helpful they were to work with and about how hard they worked in miserable conditions to get us on our way.



From now on any time that I need a towing service I will call Bay Runner Towing.
