1. Sample : They Fedex free of charge. 2. Sales Rep: Very Professional & Immediately available and patient. I revised my order 4 times. Had "Get ahead in the game attitude". 3. Delivery & Transportation: Right on time, as promised. 4. Product: Opened 4 boxes - exactly as the sample. 5. Breakage: 5%. If more they promise to compensate. 6. I am not aware of any major issues with this company - I would highly recommend this company without reservations.

Do not buy from this company. They are based in Canada. When you purchase on their website, their Terms of Service will waive your right to sue them in small claims court, and means you agree to arbitration by an organization that THEY choose (hmm wonder who the arbitrator has an incentive to favor?) Further you have to go to Canada to pursue arbitration. Just choose another company. Needless to say I had a very bad experience with this company purchasing defective flooring which failed and BuildDirect refused to honor their warranty. This is despite of a certified flooring inspectors report stating that the structural failure was due to, and I quote, "manufacturing responsibility."
