I had to arrange to remove my brother's body from the county morgue or storage charges would begin. So I didn't have a lot of time to shop around. The moment they have your credit card #, their entire attitude changes. I dealt with "LISA" - she wouldn't let me get my words out, she finished my sentences before I could speak them, she stumbled & stuttered when I asked her to explain the charge of $1300 when she had originally stated $900. She was rude, impatient, & machine-like. But only after she had my money! Another reviewer put it so succulently--"it hurts to have to deal with people like these when you have such a sad emotional situation on your hands. Take care, go somewhere else, I wish I had." Couldn't agree more!!
