CityTeam Ministries is a nonprofit organization serving the poor and homeless in San Francisco, Seattle, Philadelphia and partnerships with more than 9 countries around the world. Since 1957, the organization has provided food, shelter, clothing, recovery programs, youth outreach services and camps for at-risk inner city kids. It offers a variety of programs to meet the needs of urban women, men, youth and families. It operates a comprehensive, long-term residential recovery program for alcoholism and drug addiction. It conducts weekly Bible clubs that introduce inner-city kids to Christianity, and provides a positive alternative to gangs and drugs. The organization offers a wide range of programs for abused, abandoned and addicted women who are pregnant and also provides homes, meals and counseling services. CityTeam Ministries is located in San Jose, Calif.
