I can't believe this place hasn't been shut down yet. The apartments are dirty with old appliances, heaters that don't work, and single-pane windows with no screens. The outside is even worse with garbage everywhere. The laundry rooms are the dirtiest I've ever seen. The pool is rarely open and never clean. The woman in charge of cleaning and maintenance, is a drug addict and has stolen from several tenants when she was supposed to be making repairs. The owner rarely shows up in his $70,000 car, and when he does, he doesn't want to hear from the tenants. The manager doesn't care about his tenants. He's actually just a tenant that took the job so he could get free rent. I can't imagine a worse place to live. I do not recommend living here. It used to be nice, but since Don's been the manager, he's really let it go.

A renters worst nightmare, that's not even close. It feels like you're renting a room in a third world country, not that that's bad only that your paying way more for it, when you walk out of your apt. everyone peeks out of their curtains to see who's leaving or coming, it's like living in a box because all the apt. doors are all facing the inner court, if that's what you want to call it, people also steal your close if you leave them unattended. I rented for almost a yr. and take it anymore, the worst exp. ever. Reygingbull
