Hello my name is Rosemary Contreras I used customize catering for my event for a 25 year anniversary party. Rico is amazing he provided a customize menu for my event that was absolutely delicious! I just wanted to give him the biggest thank you for being a superior chef. He catered to all my needs, request. Rico is so delightful to work with his wife is wonderful his staff is top notch he is an amazing caterer. I would recommend him highly to everyone he works within your budget he gives you ideas everything was excellent. Rico also provided me with all my linens, full dinner service wear. I didn't have to do anything on my special day but enjoy myself and his great food and his great stuff thank you.

Customized catering has the best service. They made my sons 1st birthday complete. The food was amazing and everyone loved it. I will most definitely be getting them for our next occasions. I highly recommend customized catering, Rico has the most wonderful team and amazing food.

We had the pleasure of working with Rico for our wedding on 10/4/13. We were lucky enough to come across his business card at a bakery where we did a cake tasting, and boy we are glad we did. From the moment I first spoke with Rico over the phone, he was friendly, flexible and enthusiastic about food. His menu really sold us because he served a variety of food. We had chicken marsala, seafood paella, pesto linguini, and roast angus beef. And since it was buffet style people could have one or all the above, yum. We received so many compliments on the food!! My mom was particular about the food and insisted on having excellent food at our wedding, and she was VERY pleased with it. Rico made sure that the food and catering was not going to be stressful for my husband and I. We in fact did not worry about the food or catering. Everything went very smoothly and people raved about our food. Rico is also budget friendly and was able to work with us. He has many years of experience and it shows.

Rico and his staff not only provided us with an excellent service, but a delicious dinner. It was clear that the food was absolutely spectacular in every way possible. Customized Catering staff performed at a highly professional level, I would recommend to friends, family, and anyone who needs catering. Linens, tables, silverware, glassware, buffet tables, and additional help that we need it on the anniversary celebration were supplied by Rico and his staff. We were pressed on time with setting up and his staff to control and was completed with time to spare and help with the clean up when the party ended. I could not have wished for better. I felt that I had more time to myself when I found Customized Catering, and there was a big load off my mind once I was set with the menu and prices, which were exceptional. He was very easy to work with, responded to my emails quickly, and gave me solutions for all my catering needs. Thank you Customized Catering.

Ricardo and his very decorated team performed a outstanding job-not only was the food Spectacular but the service was incredible. Hiring Customized Catering to do my wedding was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! Not only was the food amazing but Rico customized the menu to my wants and needs and for the best price I had seen from all the caterers I went to. He made my wedding that much better. Customized Catering, an amazing business that not only served food at my parents vow renual but also turned a romantic night into an unforgettable oasis of tranquility. So much delicious food that satisfied our stomacs as well as our eyes, with exotic beautiful colors that painted the shiny silver platters it made it hord for anyone to resist. It was clear that the food was absolutly spectacular in every way possible, certainly the "cherry on top" of the night. Rico and is team are the best. I give them five stars because the service is great, the food is awsome, menu selection is endless, the setup is perfect and my guests are always so happy and asking who did i hire for my food. I always go back for any entertaining i do and i always am blown away with the new food selection. Keep up the good work.

Customized Catering did our summer BBQ, an afternoon fun celebration with our staff of about 80 people. At the last minute we had an additional 25 guests and realized that we might have a problem. Chef Rico responded timely, well-managed and professionally, critical for our event that afternoon. We thank him for a fun, delicious, well served, and all along friendly event. It has been of great importance for our company to have seasonal fun gatherings with our employees, and Customized Catering proved to be the best service. When looking around for catering for my daughters wedding, I found Rico Poveda of Customized Catering. What a blessing! Rico gave us a great menu for a great price.
