Aaron Ulrich was great to work with. He helped me trade in my car and purchase a new car. He took the time to explain everything and get me a deal that I felt 100% comfortable with. Aaron and everyone at DGDG made buying a new car easy and stress free. I can not recommend them enough!

Dishonest. They tried to make me sell the car on the spot and when I negotiated they gave me the typical 72-hour-validity for an offer. When I called a couple of hours later they didn't honor the offer and said they're no longer interested. Mike Padilla lied about the auction and dishonored his 72-hour offer. And his manager was not courteous and used acronyms/terms that have the F-Word when speaking to his employee about me in front of me!

My experience with this dealership has been BAD, REALLY BAD and EXTREMELY BAD. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE!!! Ever since I bought my 2006 VW Passat from them, it has been a nightmare. VW quality is nonexistent. I've had tons of problems with the car ranging from cosmetic defects to major problems such as excessive engine oil consumption and all sorts of electrical problems. Buttomline, the car is a piece of junk. In addition, most people who work there are mean and have no clue what customer service means and especially their sales manager Fred. This guy is beyond MEAN. He deserves a NEGATIVE 5 STAR!!!
