Nice supermarket. All ok.

Would not recommend this bank anyone. I tried to deposit a check and rolls of coins that I accumulated over the year. Was not even greeted with a smile but rather a harsh stare from the teller, Jaclyn. I came in thinking I was able to deposit my coins as per the pervious years that I did in the same branch. Jaclyn, came off giving her "teeny bopper" rude attitude when I placed the bag of coins in front of her. With an offensive demeanor, she refused. Since they had previously taken my coins in the past years, I believe as a customer I had every right to question the discrepancy of their policy on coined rolls. I would have respectively accepted her answer on the "coin policy" if it had been done in a professional manner. I have been a great customer for a number of years without any complaints with BoA. I I believe with the amount business that I am contributing to BoA I do deserve a teller with professional customer service. I will be closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ! THE MANAGER Ofelia Oseguda is extremely rude and UN Helpful. Assistant MGR Jessica Gomez was not any better . I will AVOID this Branch in the future . It is POORLY Managed and a Change is needed. It is SAD to see a Branch go DOWNHILL ! AVOID THIS LOCATION AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE ..
