Hello everyone,



I am a happily married wife, however, my wedding day was ruined due to the neglect of Jasmin's floral design. When I first met with her she promised a long list of floral bouquets and decorations for my wedding day. Approximately 75% of all my order was never delivered. The expectations of my self, the groom, and the guest were ruined. I had been planning this day for a year and I was extremely let down by her services. My wedding photos and video will now reflect the poor quality of her services. I will now remember my wedding for this Devastating incident. Till this day she has yet refunded me my money for the missing orders.



I notice that there is a pattern between all the clients in yelp... please check

1. Center pieces were either missing, or the wrong color, and in my case exactly not what I wanted.

2. My bridesmaids bouquet's were missing.

3. All the flower arrangements for my church ceremony were also missing.

4. The boutonnieres for the groomsman were missing as well.

5. The isle decoration were also never delivered and set up.

6. I also ordered boutonnieres for all my closest family members (parents, grandparents, and padrinos) and those were not delivered.

7. The Virgin Mary's bouquet was not delivered (this is the bouquet that is left at the church, catholic tradition).

8. Moving on to the hall, when I arrived to the hall I extremely saddened to see how badly it was decorated.

The center pieces were not what I paid for at all!!

9. The center pieces were three times smaller what she had promised me.

10. Lastly, and most devastating, the head table was not decorated at all. She had promised a long bouquet which consisted of a long row or decorative flower arrangement for the table. That was never delivered.





My advice to anyone who might be thinking to use Jasmine's services is to not use her at all. You will be extremely disappointed to know that more than half of what you order will actually never make it to the event.
