Heritage Commerce Corporation is a bank holding company that was established in 1998. It is the parent company of Heritage Bank of Commerce, which was founded in 1994. The bank has its headquarters in San Jose, Calif., and offices in Los Gatos, Fremont, Danville, Morgan Hill, Gilroy, Mountain View and Los Altos, Calif. Its lending division, Heritage Capital Group, has offices in Los Angeles and San Jose. Heritage Bank of Commerce is also a small business administration preferred lender, ranked as one of the largest SBA lenders in northern California. Heritage Bank of Commerce has loan production offices in San Jose, Fresno, Santa Cruz, Elk Grove, Watsonville, Glendale, Irvine and Pittsburg, Calif.
