If someone asks me for my recommendation of children dental services, it is absolutely not the friendly place for your kids. In fact, we just had a very bad experience with them yesterday. My four-year old daughter and two-year-old son had 12 pm appointment for first time checkup, but we were there for nearly 2 hours without a call for a service. My children were so tired of waiting. My daughter asked me, " When is our turn mommy ? " Why does that person get a call from "the lady" before us-we are here first ?". I felt so so bad inside and didn't know how to answer my poor little girl correctly. All I can explain this situation to myself is because we are under Medical- not a cash patient or having a private insurance which they can claim more money for (I guessed). Poor my daughter ! What she saw and got experience of this society against what she has learned from her preschool about " TAKE TURN" to play with a popular toy. To me, obviously, there was unknown when is our turn. However, My solution for this was time to go home, babies !!! mommy just have to find a different place that welcomes us.

It was my first time going there, and I had a really bad experience with the dental assistants there. They were rushing here and there. After one of the assistants took my impression, she was not sure if it is correct, and then another assistant whose name is K. Trang came in asked her to go assist another dentist. K. Trang stayed and helped me, and I had no clues of what is going on with my impression. She then told me it is done and I can come back after 3 weeks to get the crown. After 3 weeks, I came back, and the first question that assistant asked me was what I have done so far and did I pay for the treatment and whom I paid it to? OMG!! I paid everything during my first visit and they did not remember the reason I came here for???!! After an hour of waiting, they told me they lost my crown and blamed on each other for losing it, and I was thinking am I in a friendly dental office??... Then they retook the impression and told me to wait for another two weeks!!.. I was thinking do I seem like a person who has plenty of free times???? It was a terrible experience and I would not ever ever go here again.. Besides, this place is expensive too!!!

Dr. Balaban has very light hands, I hardly felt when she did the filling and deep cleaning. She is very nice and tried to inform me of everything. I think I found the dentist I was looking for. I recommend her to the whole family and friends.

Always have a great cleaning at Hi- Tech Dental. The doctors/dentists were soft with their hands and strong on the cleaning. My mouth is now clean:) Thank you Hi- Tech!

My experience with Dr. Lee and the staff could not have gone better. The staff are all well trained and they complete the work during each appointment quickly and painlessly. Dr. Lee's is as much an artist as he is a doctor when working with your teeth. I am fully satisfied with my decision to have orthodontic treatment with Dr. Lee.

I have been a patient of Hi-Tech dental for about two years now and they are really great. I like coming here its super clean and the staff is always very nice to me.

I have been a patient here for approx. 6 years. In those years I have never had a bad experience. Over this time I have had 4 Cerec replacements as well as bi-annual cleanings, xrays and my last appointment was for a bite guard. The staff and Doctors are very down to earth, knowledgeable and helpful. I would ( and have) recommended Hi Tech to others.

If you are looking for an amazing dentist to do partials or dentures this is the place you need to come to! They feel great and look incredibly nature.

I have been to Hi-Tech for 18 years. All the other dentists are very pushy. I like this place because they treat me very nicely and are very respectful to their elders.

The one thing I LOVED about this place was that I didn't have to wait long. I've made appointments with other dentist and even though I was there on time I still waited at least a half an hour. The whole staff was very friendly, which of course made my visit more enjoyable. The dentist Kim was also very nice and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and informative. I felt very comfortable and everyone made me feel as if I have been a patient with them forever. My overall experience was excellent and I would most definitely recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Hi-Tech Dental is a place that amazes me. The workers are kind and they work fast. When I went to get my wisdom tooth removed, they did it without any stalling or beating their way for getting more money.
