We've been using Home Alone for several years, every time we leave town. The first meeting was wonderful--our assigned pet sitter came to meet our dogs to make sure they wouldn't be startled the first time she visited. I can choose the frequency of visits (usually twice a day) and leave detailed instructions. Every time we take a vacation, I just call with the scheduled visits that I want, and everything is handled. Plus, Home Alone asks me to let them know when we get home safely, so our dogs are not left unattended if something happens. And our sitter leaves the sweetest "report cards" on our dogs' activities while we were gone.
