It doesn't get any better than this. Bought my 2008 Ridgeline from this dealer and have never had it serviced anywhere else. Why? The service team goes over and above my expectations. Johnny Lam was my service rep this time and he was terrific. And as usual, Summer Pettigrew came out to greet me. I have known her for many years, always very attentive to my service needs and thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of automotive care. Great job!!!

This dealership is not worth it! They are sleazy from start to finish. They won't speak to you over the phone, like all other dealerships these days. And when I told them I'd already purchased a car, please remove me from their call list, they continued to harrass me. I finally called the manager and asked to be removed immediately, he wasn't even apologetic; and he told me "it might take several days to take you off our list." Huh? That's not right! All I asked was to stop being called, but apparently even that small task is too much for them to handle. I would NEVER shop there, and recommend others avoid the hassel. I got my car from Anderson in Palo Alto - best experience with a new car dealership ever.

I went car shopping this weekend and a friend told me to ask for the Internet department. He's a dealer rater also and may have read it on someone Else's review so whoever you are thanks. To finish the story We went in and Steve helped us not only find the exact car but also get us a great rate. He said they use CUDL and it sends our application over to a bunch of credit unions instead of banks. We got a really great rate as the credit score was a little low but we pay everything on time. We left really happy and overall one of the easiest deals. My thanks to other Dealer Rater's for the tips to make it work out.

Rear differential fulid change Michael was very helpful and all the employees at the site are nice and willing to help. the Cashier, dang I forgot her name, was funny and impressed me by her multitasking skills. Even though it's my girlfriend's car that I took in to get fixed, it worked out all good for me!

I'm giving this dealership 5 stars for my experience in their service department. They've always provided a free loaner and returned my serviced car on time. When I went in for brakes on my tired Pilot at 92K miles they included a new transmission and motor mounts that were covered under the 100k warranty. Had the loaner 3 days and my Pilot runs like new. the service dept has been consistently good.

I bought a 4WD CR-V 4 days ago and had the alarm and protective coat put on today and I have to say, my entire experience was so smooth. Manolo Rios helped us and he was very professional. He was helpful and informative without being pushy. The day after I bought the car, April from the service center called to schedule a time to have the alarm and protective coat placed. I scheduled it for Wednesday (tomorrow). Well, I completely forgot I had plans that morning and called her back to re-schedule. Not a problem, switched it to today without any hassle. I even got an e-mail last night reminding me about my appointment. I went in this morning at 10 and Wayne helped me. The work was going to take about half a day so they lent me a car for the day, no charge. Nick at Enterprise gave me the run down and I had a car for the day. This review is only based on my recent buying experience with the individuals that helped me with my car purchase. I was in the market to buy a new car, did my research, went in with the pricing and everything that I wanted in mind. So I locked on to the Honda Fit Sport 2012, I scheduled a test drive and came on in. The test drive went smoothly, the gentleman that I was with "David", was polite, answering my questions but not pressuring me. So I made an appointment to close the deal and the buying process was so smooth. I had a very professional salesman named "Kerry" who assisted me and he was one of the nicest people that you could want to meet. He didn't argue with me on the price, explained everything to me in detail, and didn't try to up-sell me on anything at all.
