The Janitorial Consumer Protection Agency (JCPA) only refers janitorial, landscaping, and parking lot maintenance services that are inspected and certified by the Janitorial Board of Certification, a consumer watchdog group that closely monitors the janitorial, landscaping, and parking lot maintenance services. The JCPA certification eliminates the unsavory task of checking credentials and verifying references. In fact, the JCPA requires a file on every maintenance service company registered with and certified by the JCPA.
