My daughter wanted a pretty beta fish for her birthday. I took her there and was horrified at what they had. The ones in the front looked decent, but when I went to the back area for the more unique ones, There were about 2 dozen in gross conditions. I brought 8 dead ones to the front, one was so old n almost disinigrated. N over half the living ones had maybe an inch of water, with evaporation lines down the bowl. Total neglect. Same story with their super worms. since I brought him all the dead ones, I asked about warranty due to their conditions. He said they do not replace, even if one of them died the next day. Some of those betas were $25!! In less than an inch of water!! Horrible, cruel place.

Very knowledgeable, polite, helpful employees. I always feel they are picking fish, plants, equipment, etc. as if they were shopping for their own hobby so I always feel comfortable with their decisions and/or choices for me.
