Train the staff!!!

I bought a desk lamp before Christmas and returned it to exchange for a smaller one Jan 2. (with a small refund due). Buying it took 20 minutes to check out. The clerk entered, messed up, and re-entered the transaction several times. Returning (exchanging it for another style) took another 20 minutes, with multiple re-do's, assisted by other clerks. While this store has a great selection, they really need to be sure that the staff is properly trained before the Holidays. I doubt that we will shop there again.
