I had a Kia Sportage that ran fine until the last 6 months of the lease. Then it was in the shop like every week for transmission problems. The third visit they kept it for over 6 weeks and neither communicated with me nor offered me a loaner.
I was getting SO fed up and just didn't know what to do. I had already contacted Kia customer service and was getting some help there, but nowhere near enough.
A VERY dear friend referred me to Lemon Law Pro on the off-chance they could help. WOW. They spoke directly with Kia on my behalf and took all those challenges off my plate. They somehow got through to them to give me a loaner free of charge while they attempted to fix the tranni, which simply should have just been replaced instead of giving a new widow a runaround. AND, they got me a cash settlement twice the amount that Kia offered me.
They were kind, patient, understanding, comprehensive of the situation I found myself in, and more than willing to go to bat for me. I can't say enough good about them.
