After placing my order - I did not receive any confirmation from this company via email or an order number. I called their 1-800-554-8856 after I saw that they charged my account immediately when placing my order to check on shipment. I had ordered books for xmas presents. They said the books would not be delivered until at least 4-6 weeks!!! They would not credit my account or cancel my order because they said that it took at least 2 weeks to process the order. How can a company charge for items that have not shipped much less won't be for 4-6 weeks. These are books - not a magazine order. I did not get any satisfaction from discussing this issue with their customer service people. I am having to try to see now what my cc company can do now.
