3 weeks ago my whole world became bright again after spending 1 Saturday in the hands of Dr Curtis Jansen DDS and the others at Clear Choice San Jose (on the Alameda). My first visit was way back in 2012, I had free consult and fancy x-ray/scan. Amy (who is still there) explained how the all on 4 works, but I still couldn't wrap my head around it... Seriously, all on 4, all in 1 day? I thought there is no way! Well I am living proof they are telling the truth! You will have 1 appt before surgery & its a great one as it is your opportunity to decide what shade & shape teeth you want.. Hear that? Your choice! The quality is top notch, I promise you wont be disappointed! Okay next step is the big day, surgery time & I was so sure I would be full of swollen painful bruises in my face...nope! It went like a breeze & I would tell any & every person considering or needing or wanting to feel great/smile again..Do this! It is the best thing & I would do it again in a heart beat!!!!

Aloha and mahalo to Dr.Sands, Beth, Angel, Carla, Ms.Kelly, and the staff members I can't seem to recall at the moment of ClearChoice San Jose. Choosing ClearChoice is one of the best choices I've made in taking care of my health. Being afflicted with dental problems as many pacific islanders are, ClearChoice helped me to determine the best choice for myself. I'm very conscious of customer service and my experience with ClearChoice SanJose has been nothing but phenomenal. I'm sure salesmanship is high on the priority list for some, but for me it was shadowed by the concern of my condition. Ultimately the choice was mine and I'm glad I chose ClearChoice SanJose. Can't say much about surgery except my apprehensiveness was met by reassurance. The next thing I recall is being in recovery, as staff members walked by checking to see if I was ok. The healing time is a bit long, but scheduled check ups, cleaning and maintenance was a pleasure and still is. During the year of recovery, I had broken, cracked and chipped my temporary implants enough times for Ms.Kelly to recognize my voice and phone number. A call to the office was all it took to get an appointment and fix the problem. First step, they made me a custom bite guard which helped, but based on how many times I damaged my implants, C.C. health tech Beth re-look at my them and helped determine it might've needed to be adjusted or remade. Dr. Sands, who is personally a great guy, did make new impressions, new molds and a new set of implants. I've even damaged my permanent implants, and the outcome was still the same, courteous service and concern of your wellbeing. My name is Eileen and I am 93 years old. My teeth were completely chipped and broken due to my age and I did not think that there was anything that I could do. I would not smile without covering up my face because I was so embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. I stopped going out in public and I just hated pictures of myself.
