Scam artist trying to profit before they sell. Park has many electrical and utility issues. Over charging for electricity and charges a "sewer fee". Discrimination and negligence is this parks nickname. Have fun trying to find parking for over night guest. Get ready for handful of tickets. Last owner sold to new owners because of liability and outdated equipment. They are scam artist dont let the old people fool you. Come see for yourself by having someone check your electrical connection. I bet you wont want to plug in your rv,5th wheel. I got $100 on that bet
