MISSION: Fitness Boot Camp

I have been going to boot camp with Lindsay Barker for about 6 months now. I thought I would go for one month and be done - but I am hooked. Lindsay has helped me push myself harder than I have in 20 years and I love that my workout is done every morning by 6:30am. I'm not a morning person but I keep getting up for boot camp. I'm losing weight - gaining muscle - have a lot more energy. I never regret going - it's always a great workout and each day is different enough to keep you interested.



The location is great - Leland High School in Almaden Valley.
