Food is always Hot and taste AMAZING!!

If I could rate this place lower, I would. I couldn't get in touch with my regular pizza place which is only 12 minutes closer than this place. the owner, Ali, told me the pizzas would arrive in 40 minutes ( it was 7:40 pm ). I have ordered the same order from the other exact chain for 7 years with only one issue. I called at 8:55 pm (an hour and 15 minutes at this point!) asking where the heck my 13 year olds dinner was? He said he had a busy night and he was so sorry. Then he calls his driver and pretends he is yelling at him. I asked WHEN the pizzas were actually made and he claimed he sent the guy out at 835 pm ( 20 minutes earlier) I said, so basically you didn't even MAKE them for 40 minutes??? He made some lame apology and told me to call back if they were cold. They finally arrive at 912pm!!! One hour and 32 minutes later. I called my old pizza place and the number worked ( I must have misdialed earlier) I asked him what I should be entitled to. He said he would personally refund me the $ if he was that late. I call back Ali, told him the pizzas were barely warm and he said," what do you want, a refund??" I said," Actually yes I do" He said" You know, you called me and I am farther away and I was willing to do you a favor. " I said," Are you kidding?? Even if you take away 15 minutes,it still took an hour and 15 minutes . That is 35 minutes OVER your 40 minute delivery. Unfazed with my math, he said," Well, sometimes you can't please everyone.So, do you want me to make you more pizzas??" I said," Really, you're going to play that game with me?" And with that I hung up. My son was waiting for dinner, had to study for finals, was too hungry so he was procrastinating but didn't want to ruin his appetite ( and this guy kept telling me the pizza was on the way) so why would I want 3 more pizzas another hour or so later?? Real bad customer service. I can tell you he will be out of business within a year with his terrible judgement. My family has always owned private businesses. You always try to please the customer. You never do what this guy did. He can claim what he wants, but just do the math. Bye Bye Golden pizza!! Stick with Via Mia on Camden Ave. They have always delivered on time for 7 years. I am just sorry my phone didn't dial correctly.
