They won't refund overpayments. They collected too much copayment. My insurance company paid last November. It's now March and NO refund. I call and was told, "checks are going out in a couple of days." It didn't. I call and was told "we have to research. I'll give you a call." They don't. I have gone to the office. They say "no one here to sign a check." They either do this so they can defraud people or they are running out of money and are about to go bankrupt. Watch out! Go elsewhere. Who knows what other shortcuts they are taking with your medical test!

I don't like this clinic and will not recommend any of my families or friends to here. Came here for CT abdomen and pelvis but did not tell me not to eat ahead of time and pre-med for my diabetic problems. I canceled my work for this appointment....... that upset me alot. Nobody admitted to drop the ball... Manager did not know what happen.... terrible. Good luck if you decide to go there.
