Don't go to this Quest on Graves -- go to the one on Meridian, or to diSalvo or just about any others in san jose --. Here is my story about Graves -- When they took my blood for a test, it was unlike any other Quest where I've gone. I don't know if the person taking the blood was unskilled, or too rough or the needle was huge... but my arm actually swelled up and was painful and swollen for a couple of days. My veins are so damn easy to find, they never miss the first time but at this place, they did and it took three pokes before they got it right. it was really horrible to sit there while they did this. I am very much at ease getting blood drawn but i would never, ever go back to this Graves Quest again.
