Great move from the San Jose Movers Team! Ta'Leon, David and Joshua were excellent. Thank you for the attention to detail and superb customer service.

So I left a request for estimate on their simple website, not expecting much; and I received an email very quickly from Nancy. After providing the source and destination addresses, I immediately received a professional, good-faith move estimate. Since I was already impressed by Christie speed, clear and complete estimate and upfront communications, I booked them immediately. I didn't bother getting a second move estimate to compare. I was already sold on San Jose Movers.

As to Nancy's word on the day of the move, the movers contacted me 15 mins before their arrival. Also, they arrived ON TIME. The moving trunk was clean (outside and inside), organized with extra shipping materials which came in handy for my move. The 3-men team (Christopher, Leo and Sammy) were all professional in appearance which showed they took their job very seriously. All 3 worked hard for 7 hours and didn't take a break. They took extra time and care to make sure everything moved without damage by doing extra packing where I was lacking. After the move, they had me inspect the interior of the truck which I thought was a good touch.

From the first phone call I knew they were the right ones! They were never pushy and seem incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. The morning of our move we were called shortly before they were supposed to arrive, because of inclement weather we were forced to push back the start time, which was totally fine with us. They arrived, absolutely powered through our whole apartment and were done in such an amazingly short time. All of the guys on the team were super nice, respectful of our belongings and very intent on getting the job done well.

Called San Jose Movers on a wed night for a move on Sunday morning. My move was only down the street, however we had a lot of stuff. To start, I had called several moving companies prior to San Jose Movers group and no one would pick up the phone or call back. When I called San Jose Movers group, they immediately picked up the phone and gave me an reasonable quote. I was very happy on Sunday morning when 3 guys showed up in the biggest moving truck I ever seen. I did not have to lift a finger, they did everything. What was really impressive was they took apart the bedroom sets and put them back together. My 10 year old has a loft bed, and took me 3 days to put together so I thought it would a challenge. Not these guys, they quickly took it apart and put it back (better than I did) together super fast. My first time hiring movers, and I must say it was well worth it. Not too mention that the truck was so big, it only took one trip.

Edgar, Miguel, and Carlitos arrived on time and worked quickly for us. They took care to wrap all of our belongings and were efficient with our time. Overall we had a good experience with the San Jose movers here in San Jose.
