Robert Munoz came on time and was very professional. Explained what he was checking and why. He diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. He went over the whole unit and made sure everything was within tolerance. The company charges are little high but they make up with warranties and inspections. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Jake from Service Champions came today to service my units. He arrived on time went right to work after first asking if had any problems what so ever with my unit. His uniform was clean and he still put on his little bootees to protect my real hard wood floors from scuff marks while he was going in and out of my home. While he was here he made sure that I was understanding what he was looking for and why. After he was done and before he went over the work he performed, he made sure that he cleaned up after him self and left the area like he found it. He also recommended that I get a air duck service performed and called and setup the date that I was going to be here and at the time that I wanted. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAKE AND SERVCE CHANPIONS FOR all my heating and air conditioners needs.

Thomas Smith performed a home performance test on my house. He was very thorough and explained various procedures and showed me pictures so I would know what he was talking about. Thomas was very respectful and well mannered. and gave me great service.

He educated us how our system was not very effecient and didn't push us to buy anything. Kudos to service champion for hiring an honest technician.

Our Silver plan MVP inspection was done today. Thanks to Mike Macias, our service pro, we, again, had the best service in our area. As always, the service pro's performance exceeded our expectations. Courtesy, professionalism, experience, timeliness, completeness and other hallmarks of excellence were done. Todays appointment followed on a recent one with a defective piece of equipment that required a replacement. Again, as promised, the issue was resolved in a short time, to our complete satisfaction with the same timely, courteous and full attention promised.
