I booked this company for my brother's wedding to shuttle some guests for a wedding. The worst part of the entire wedding was easily the shuttle service. The driver was rude to the guests, yelled at them, drove to the wrong destination once, and got lost on the way to the ceremony resulting in 15 of the 75 people invited arriving halfway through the wedding!!! Although the shuttle and driver were booked for 8 hours, the shuttle driver refused to drive at points of the evening! At the end of the night, the driver tried to ask for more money than was agreed upon based on an old quote the company had given. I had to pull out my laptop to show him the email that his boss had sent me to prove that I did not need to pay him more. Since the wedding, the company has not responded to any calls or emails I have sent them. Overall, a horrible company to work with. I would never use them for any event.
