The best BMW dealership in the south bay. I have been buying BMWs from this dealer (Dave Parker) and have always been treated professionally and gotten a very fair price.

Dave Parker continues to be an outstanding representative for BMW and Stevens Creek BMW. Our transaction was clean, simple and all handled by phone. Could not have been any easier, even with our out-of state delivery. By the way...it's Peter M. Cipolla....not "S"

Service was expert and promptly available. Loaner car was immediately available, and Justin is an excellent communicator. Car was ready for pickup ahead of promised time.

Romeo was extremely helpful throughout the whole process from test drive to vehicle pick up. I appreciate the personal attention without the pushy salesperson pitch. He was very prompt in replying to my questions during the waiting period. Thanks so much for all the recommendations and assisting me in configuring my new car! I absolutely love it! Gil and Chris were also very helpful during pick-up. Having Chris go over the vehicle features was definitely a plus. It made going through the manual a lot less intimidating afterwards. The purchase of our new 535i was extremely stress free, as I commented to the sales advisor - the practice of buying a vehicle can be taunting, stressfull but our experience was unparalleled with anything I had ever encountered. The service was exceptional!

Tam Do was great. He was very professional and helped make my buying experience painless. Finance could have been a little quicker as there was quite a long wait, but the time we waited was used to go over the manuals and a breif introduction to our new car.

Rocky is a very good salesperson which helps me a lot when buying the car.
