This place is not what it seems, at all. Yes, California is now deregulating energy and it's going to be a huge deal. It will mean cheaper bills for consumers and a lot of money for businesses. However, the way this company goes about it is shady. I woke here for a week, lured in by the vague promises making up to $100,000 my first year and own business in 12 weeks. They put you through INSANE training. They make you go door-to-door in all types of weather. You then try to convince people to sign up for YEP Energy as their energy provider. You say they PG&E is still the owner of the lines and will provide maintenance, but you get to energy at a whole sale price, cutting out the middleman. Purchasing at a cheaper price is true, but not the cutting out the middleman. SYNERGY IS ACTING AS THE MIDDLEMAN! You are getting cheaper prices, but not wholesale. Also, when you are at the door trying to convince the customer, you are told to give them as little information as possible to start, and only give a little more when they are not convinced. And then a little more. Then a little more. If this is a legitimate deal, why we are told to not be upfront honest about everything?

Then were is the hours. We were only paid on commission, $8 a sign up. So regardless that we walked a collective 10 miles in the heat for 7 hours, if we had a bad day, we made nothing. And most people are not home during the day, so it was hard to get enough sign ups to even cover the gas it costs to get to work.

I will say this though, if you can stick it out, they will give your own company and you can make a lot of money. But they will totally exploit you in the process for their own monetary gain. They get paid way more per sign up than you do. If you get your own business, you follow the same business model. Hire a bunch of people, make them do insane door-to-door sales training while you get all their profits, and then let them open up their own office if they make the 12 weeks or so. And tons will quit along the way, so you will be constantly interviewing and hiring people, all while feeding them lies.

I was decent at it, but I the more I thought about it, the more immoral is seemed. I was exploiting customers, my boss was exploiting me, and one day I would have to exploit my employees. So I quit.

I purchased and used Synergy Expansion perfume from someone in a Wal Mart parking lot. Unfortunately, the perfume triggered an allergic reaction and I went into convulsions and required hospitalization. I'm sure this is a great product with great people behind it, but if you're sensitive to perfumes you should probably stay away.

I was surprised how long these perfumes last. My boyfriend bought me some of Synergy Expansion's fragrances and a wholesale price. It didn't look amazing so I thought whatever. I tried it. The Paris Hilton rendition and Hearts and Dagger's rendition are my favorites! They last all day! I don't even have to carry it around in my purse which is always a pain. Best of all my boyfriend bought them for $55. Two big 3.3 oz bottles for $55 is amazing! Kudos to them!

I decided to write a review be...

I decided to write a review because my son is going through the training program at Synergy. I am so proud of the changes in his attitude and work ethic. He's a college graduate. He used to go from job to job with lack of motivation to even show up to work. I was scared that he wasn't going to get to where he wants to be. Then he started working with Synergy Expansion in San Jose. Within 2 weeks I notice a complete change with his attitude. He looks awake and excited to go to work. He's no longer irritated with everything and suddenly has this "can do" attitude with everything. I asked him to help me with some work in the garage... we didn't even fight. He just said "Sure dad!" Is this my son?! Really!

I'm so glad he is working towards something. He has an opportunity to work for himself and if this is helping him then great! I even spoke to the regional manager there and he said that most of this training program changes your mentality towards work and your career. I wish I was taught some of this stuff early on. It seems to me that Synergy Expansion teaches life lessons that you can never buy from a school. They are honest and reliable people. Once you really take time to understand their system it all makes sense.

Best bang for your buck! I bought 5 big 3.3oz bottles for $125! Last time I bought 1 from a distributor for $30 and it lasted me about 1 year. I wore it Mon-Fri before going to work and that's all I needed. I received tons of compliments and I started to telling friends and family to buy it too. I remember having to go to Macys and spending $65 or $70 and the 1.7oz bottle would last me maybe 3-4 months. I am definitely knocking off my Christmas list with this. I haven't met one person who didn't like it once they tried Synergy's fragrances.

I worked for 5 different compa...

I worked for 5 different companies before I started working with Synergy Expansion. In each of those companies, I had to start from the bottom and work my way up. The problem was the glass ceiling that most companies hold over people. I would get to a low level supervisor position then it would just stop there. After getting frustrated over it I would try again with another company. Unfortunately the same thing would happen! Five different companies, Five different industries, and the same problem over and over. Albert Einstein said, "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

I thought well let's give this a shot. I went through with it. Finished training and now running an office! I can grow as much as I want! The funniest thing about this is that before I went through training, I couldn't find a job for my life. After 4 weeks of training all of a sudden I was getting job offers out of no where because of the people skills I learned with Synergy!

Synergy Expansion is truly a great company. I come to find that anyone who actually starts and sticks with it for at least a week are always positive. The ones who don't even start because someone told them the wrong information or read some ridiculous forum post on the internet are just plain negative. They're looking to be negative.

Thank you Synergy Expansion! Thank you Evan and Liz!

This is the best company around! I have been looking for work for a few years and I would land a job then after a few months hours would get cut or I'd get laid off. I was tired of it.

Luckily I answered an ad with Synergy Expansion and they gave me a shot at learning their business. It was like a crash course business school. Now that I have my office and I never have to worry about money again, I'm eternally grateful to Evan and Liz. They are great people who will help you along the way.

While business has adapted to ...

While business has adapted to the ever changing pace of technology, you still need to learn how to deal and work with people. I wanted to start my own business, but was unsuccessful because I didn’t know how to deal with people. I thought I was a people person, but I was far from it.

After answering the ad, going to the interviews, and being hired in, (which was done in a prompt manner, thank you Evan and Liz!) I saw people of all different ages and backgrounds, excited to be there. My time there, I really learned how to be a good manager, and ultimately, a business owner. I learned to how to deal with different personalities, attitudes, etc. That sort of training would cost an arm and a leg in business schools, here I learned it for free. Call their office to get some more information, see what they can do for you.

I know most people have done t...

I know most people have done things in their lives they are not proud of. It’s the fact of being human. And some people don’t learn from their mistakes right away. In that case, you can call me a slow learner. Sadly, this put marks on my record that made it tough to get a job. I wanted a chance to redeem myself, show that I can be a member of society, but employers saw it different. They were stuck on my past, instead of seeing what my future was capable of.

I was about to give up on my search and answered the ad that was looking for management, no experience required. I applied, figured I had nothing to lose .

Strangely enough, they didn’t make a big deal about my checkered past. They basically took me on because the branch managers said I had qualities that outweighed what I did. That, and if I proved to be loyal, honest and trustworthy with them, that’s all that matters.

I took the ball and ran with it. I took their instruction of how to run my own business to the T. Now I can give back to society by providing the same opportunity given to me.

I am one of the many college graduates who could not find a job in the field that I picked as my career. You would think with a degree in the medical field you would find a job. Rather than settling for less, I answered an ad on craig’s list.

Now I’m happy to say that I am my own boss. Even if I had found a job as a pharmacy technician, its scary to think to that I would find a job, only to be laid off. Now thanks to Evan and Liz, I’ll never have to worry about finding work again. Thank you Evan and Liz for giving me security as well as a once in a lifetime opportunity. Give them a call at (408) 642-1563 to start your path to true financial independence.

In most work environments it was cut and dry. Show up, punch in, punch out. The work environment was droll and tortuous. I know that work is work, but can’t you have a little fun at least?

I must have impressed them, because next thing you know, I’m ready to start Tuesday morning. I’m greeted by the people who are excited to be there... They didn’t look like the living dead like at my last job …even they were having a lot fun, the money potential they were talking about was serious business. The one thing that attracted to me the most was potential for growth. Granted, I’m working harder than at a normal job, but I’m having a lot of fun doing it! It’s definitely different than what most people are used to, but I know that with this company I have control of my future.

If you want to check out something different, something that offers more than what you’re used to, give them a call at (408) 642-1563.

Before I found this business, ...

Before I found this business, I was just going with the flow, not really knowing where I was going in life. I was working from job to job, paycheck to paycheck, getting by, but not really advancing. Some jobs I’ve worked at I got a small raise, but it was a lot more responsibility than it was worth.

I got promoted to assistant manager at my last job, but I didn’t really feel like the boss, and felt like I hit the glass ceiling. I studied to see how far I could go, but that wasn’t too far without some sort of corporate training…

I responded to the ad, which I thought was too good to be true in this day and age. Entry level management? No experience necessary? Will train? I applied regardless, figured it would be crazy enough to work.

The interviews were direct about what they did: A wholesale company that deals with fragrances, and are training people to run their locations.

Now the one thing I picked up along the way, which I missed prior to the business, was that before I could become a manager of something and someone, I had to manage myself. I had to start from the marketing first, where I learned how to manage myself. Once I did that, I had to teach someone else how to manage themselves.

As corny as it sounds, I’ve seen people’s lives change. Once you start to manage yourself, then you start thinking differently. When I see people manage themselves, knowing I had a hand doing it, there’s no better feeling.

No business like this business.

I answered the ad which was short on words, but some things need don’t need elaboration. At first I thought that what they were saying was too good to be true. They were going to financially back me into my own office, but as I’ve learned in this business and in life, everything is earned not handed to you, but this business gives you the opportunity to earn everything and anything that you want or need.

If there’s something I’ve learned before the business, its that nothing in life is ever free I’ve been on unemployment for a while, looking for work, but can’t seem to catch a break. They offer full hands-on training from the most basic level (sales and marketing) to the elaborate (how to do the book keeping for your business, taxes, accounts payable and receivable, etc.)

The business has taught me that you just need to dive in head first and make sure to bounce back from anything that makes you discouraged in any way. Also you have to believe in yourself, that you can do anything that you want to do, and you can achieve any goal that you set for yourself. Just remember to never get discourage or give up on yourself.

The people that you surround yourself with, is the person that you will become. The people in the program are excited about where they’re going, and the potential that they’re going to unleash. All you need is a good attitude and the rest you will be trained to do. Your attitude is the one thing that dictates if this business is for you.

Done with college. Now what? Working for myself!

I graduated college like my parents told me to. Now it was time to go into the job market. But what a time to graduate! I couldn’t get a call back, much less an interview. My parents told me that I once I get a degree that getting a job would be easy.

After answering the ad on craigslist, the process was a speedy one. I love the fact that they didn’t waste my time during the interview process. They called me back a few hours after my 1st interview. My second interview was a little longer, but I didn’t have to wait days to know if I was hired or not.

What they do, and what they sometimes call themselves, is a boss factory. I was taught how to market, train others how to market, how to manage a group, and the administrative work that goes into running your own business.

What did I have to do in return? Work a little harder than I’m used to, be self motivated. And self disciplined. Let me tell you, I didn’t have the best self discipline in the world, but once you get into that boss mentality, you realize that being the boss requires you to be the foundation for your people.

They took my analytical skills I picked up in college, mixed it with their hands-on training, and am well on my way to have a piece of the American dream: Working for yourself, dictating what you’re worth.

My thoughts on being here.

How can I describe what I do here? It’s my ticket, a chance to change my entire life. When they say opportunity, that’s exactly it. An overwhelming unbelievable above average opportunity for an average person like myself.

This opportunity has given me confidence, a professional mental frame of mind, and strength to handle situations I normally would have crumble under. I am grateful every day to be able to do what I do and work with the genuinely positive and wonderful people I work with.

Negative people are negative for one of two reasons, they are upset with their own lives. Or they are genuinely concerned for the well being of you. Now if they are upset with what they have going on in their own lives, I simply detract myself. I don’t have time, nor the energy to deal with people like that.

This opportunity, this program was one of the hardest things I have ever done; however the end result is beyond worth it. My mind is sharper, my confidence is through the roof and my work ethic has never been stronger

Have an open mind, it may be hard, but to get ahead you have to take the path less taken. I choose to listen to myself and judge what was best for me.

Great fragrances for the price!

Got approached from one of their guys when I was working. The man who approached me was seriously excited about their case of cologne and perfume. He sprayed me with Dolce and Gabana Light Blue, it smelled very clean and citrus, so I got one. They were affordable so I got one for my boyfriend, the Versace Blue Jeans, so I know he smells nice when we go out. Call me a blue kind of girl.

He told me that it was rendition, which means they use the same ingredients like the ones in the malls, but with none of the mark-up. The boxes do look a little generic, but I'm not wearing the box and the bottle. The guy was passionate and enthusiastic, but respectful. I wanted to know where I could go to get more, so he gave me the company name and number.

They do last a while , one of my co workers commented how I still smelled good after my shift was over. My boyfriend was surprised when I gave him the bottle. Yes, he smelled scrumptious. I'll leave it at that.

Not your typical job. It is much more!

I came in just for a job to get by. What I got was a chance to run my own business. Its definitely a little different than what other people are used, but this company offers you a shot at your own operation.

They teach you how to do sales and marketing, how to train and manage others, and the administrative work that comes with running an office. You do need to change your mindset from a traditional job, as you are working to become your own boss. This requires discipline, self-motivation and a consistent positive outlook. The end result is that once you are done, you will be ready to run your own branch.

Great Company

This is a great company with LOTS of room for advancement and growth. I have been job hopping for years and I can finally say I have found a home in this company. They care about their employees and will promote you if you work hard. Anyone looking for a great place to work, call them. You won't regret it.

Great Colognes, Great Prices, Great People!

I love their colognes. I try to find any way I can to save money so I can pay for college. Their prices help and they last so long! I bought their Ed Hardy rendition first a few months back and it lasts ALL DAY! Best part is, it only cost $30. So I bought one for me and one for my girlfriend for the price of less than one in the department store. On top of that, my girfriend had a bottle of the same perfume from Macy's and she claims the perfume from Synergy and Observe L'Essence last much longer. So we pay 2 for the price of 1 and it lasts us longer. I'm sold. Customer for life here.
