tobeadored (pronounced like the desire "to be adored") is English husband and wife team Mark and Maria Woods.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, our boutique studio began life in 2009 and specializes in wedding and boudoir photography.

We start 2011 with industry recognition, receiving the WeddingWire Bride's Choice Awards 2011 for Wedding photography.

Primarily reportage wedding photographers, we capture the moments and story of your day, but also create lightly directed portraiture with a fashion sense.

We're a fun couple, married for over 17 years, with great attitude and unflappable sense of humour.

Maria - a freelance commercial artist of 24+ years, including 4 years on contract to Hallmark Cards - designs our wedding and guest books, with classic and timeless styling, using the finest US and Italian hand-made custom book suppliers.

We print our own work using acid-free materials on large format Epson printers, and offer fine art giclee prints and canvas prints.

Working with a team of great stylists and designers, we also offer bridal fashion and editorial photography.
