Very disappointed in Customer ...

Very disappointed in Customer Service follow-through and wobbly return policy. Purchased a fragrance six weeks ago and when I received it there was barely any scent. It was a bottle of Creed for $143.90. I contacted them, received a Return Authorization --but it's been 5 weeks and still no credit. Their return policy on their site states a refund will be made if returned within 30 days. However, once you receive your order confirmation--the return period shrinks to 14 days. I happened to get it in before the 14 day period. As of today, because I've had to chase them down they said they will NOT give me a refund, partial refund or store credit saying the box is damaged and the fragrance has been "overly" used. Both statements are untrue as I packed, insured and returned the product personally via USPS. The only offer was to take back the product or they'd destroy it. I feel ripped off and deceived by them.
